Appliances consist of an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and TV. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn and furniture, and off-road parking for two cars. Two well-behaved dog welcome at no extra cost, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 1.1 miles, a pub in 1 mile, and beach in 1.4 miles. Enjoy Ceredigion's countryside from Blaenferwig. Note: The property rests near a working farm and has farm-style gates; (dog proof). Please note: This property is unable to accommodate Monday changeovers on a standard basis.

This wonderful area of Wales not only has stunning sandy beaches, but also beautiful countryside walks and the outstanding Devil's Bridge is world-renowned for the three bridges, the narrow gauge steam railway and the cascading waterfalls. A perfect base for wonderful holidays, all year round.
