"Little outdated but you could tell they were beginning to make changes. Loved the staff! Super friendly and helpful . Loved the new beds in our room, breakfast is always amazing. Did I mention the wonderful staff? This is our go to hotel when we are in the area. Would love to have a hot tub for a relaxing soak after a long drive 🚗"

"All the staff was welcoming and made you feel like they knew you. The common areas where guests share were super tidy. Definitely would recommend them to others and stay again"

"The rooms were clean and staff was helpful however housekeeping attempted to enter the room twice without knocking or announcing themselves. Breakfast was a standard continental. Juice was watered down though and did not taste like orange juice. Lots of trash in the parking area needs to be addressed."

"Nice cottage with a beautiful view of the New River. Short drive to Sandstone Falls and downtown Hinton. House was clean and stocked with everything we needed. We were not able to use the fire pit due to weather, but the enclosed front porch was great for watching the storm and wildlife (osprey, deer, goldfinches, tiger swallowtail butterflies, rabbits). Overall a great rental!"

"Both the evening check in desk person and the morning check out person were friendly and personable. Both took the time to point out the breakfast area even though it was in plain sight. We plan to stay there next summer when attending the conference we were at this year. Signage was excellent from the highway."
