Welcome to Unit 103!

Our beach vacation condo rental located is on the non-driving section of New Smyrna Beach Florida.
One bedroom with king bed has a TV like the living room and extra sleeping in the living room with 2 futons.
Take a walk on the beach in the morning and take in the great restaurants in the evening.

This condo does NOT have a view or patio, but you are steps away from the pool and sun terrace to enjoy the view.

Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided.

Cute condo

The only complaint was the recliners that were broken. They would not go back in place once reclined. Hard for old people to get out of. It would have been nice to have a Kuerig as was stated. The price was fair but next time would like an ocean view. Cate is very easy to work with checkin and out was fast and easy.

Relaxing Vacation

Overall it was all we needed. Even though this condo doesn’t have an outside patio but that is clearly stated. You don’t need one you walk out your door and around the corner is the pool and the ocean. We enjoyed it very much !

A perfect unit for the 2 of us for a quick 3- day visit to the area. Association pool and close proximity to the beach were key! The unit was older but nicely appointed and clean. I was concerned how close the parking lot was but it actually made it so nice to load in and load out. Great host!

We enjoyed our stay. It was nice to be on the first floor and close to the pool. The kids loved the heated pool. However, we thought there was a hot tub. It was actually a kiddie pool. The area had recently suffered much damage from the hurricane. The house next door was literally missing the entire front and beds and other items falling/hanging out. The worse part was the smoke alarm was going off for 36hrs and we had to listen to the annoying beeping while at the beach and pool. I realize it was not part of the condo and out of there control. It was just really annoying!

Comfy one bedroom condo (also has two futons) that's perfect for anyone who wants to have a pool, beach access, and great views while sunbathing on pool deck. We wanted to be out and about... not sitting on a balcony. Great price and location and a fun area to explore.
