    This sunny coastal condo offers a great getaway, but please note that daytime construction will occur on the property from mid-August through the fall season. To compensate for any daytime noise and workers on site during weekday hours, we have already applied a special, heavily discounted rate to your booking.

    Welcome to the stunning Ocean View 2-bedroom condo, perfectly situated in New Smyrna Beach, where sun, surf, and relaxation await!
    This spacious and family-oriented unit boasts a modern ambiance, featuring a master bedroom with a luxurious king-sized bed, complemented by a second bedroom furnished with a double bed and two twin beds, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. The bright living area is enhanced by full cable TV for entertainment, ensuring everyone has a space to unwind after a day of beach adventures.

    Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed.
