301 - Newly updated charming and cute one bedroom

  • Welcome to Unit 301!

    This sunny coastal condo offers a great getaway, but please note that daytime construction will occur on the property from mid-August through the fall season. To compensate for any daytime noise and workers on site during weekday hours, we have already applied a special, heavily discounted rate to your booking.

    3rd floor over the courtyard with a beautiful view, this condo sleeps 3 with all you need for a beach vacation. There is a sectional sofa for a 3rd sleeping area. The fully equipped kitchen, sofa in living room and king bed in master bedroom is a traveler's home away from home.

    Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided.
