311 - Perfect 1 Bdrm with Stunning Views!

  • Welcome to Unit 311!

    This sunny coastal condo offers a great getaway, but please note that daytime construction will occur on the property from mid-August through the fall season. To compensate for any daytime noise and workers on site during weekday hours, we have already applied a special, heavily discounted rate to your booking.

    Welcome to your zen zone! Magnificent ocean views – enjoy the ocean breeze, the soothing sound of the waves and watch the spectacular sunrise on this expansive car-free beach. You may even see dolphins passing by. Great place to view SpaceEx launches. The unit has one large bedroom (king bed) and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The ocean is approximately 50 feet away, the pool 25 feet from the unit. The deck provides both direct ocean and pool views. This condo is equipped with the best of everything including its own washer dryer combo.

    Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided.
