Direct Beach Front Balcony on No-Drive Beach in Gated Complex with Heated Pool

You will love this condo! We are located on the southern end of New Smyrna Beach on a NON-DRIVING BEACH. This is a direct oceanfront condo on the 4th floor of Smyrna Beach Club with a private balcony overlooking the beach with a view of the pool as well. It has been updated with great features and the kitchen is well stocked. Granite countertops and wood cabinetry throughout, stainless steel appliances, travertine tile floors,.......you won't be disappointed. We have a king bed in the primary bedroom, a queen bed with one set of twin bunks in the second bedroom. This is a non-smoking unit and pets are not allowed.

We have equipped it with everything guests would need to enjoy a stay at the beach:

Beach cart for easy transport to the pool or beach
Reclining Beach Chairs (4-6)
Nets and Flashlights for Crabbing at Night
Beach toys

Our complex is gated with no public access nearby so the beach is seldom crowded. We supply beach the amenities and a wagon to get it all onto the beach. Unlike other complexes, our pool is located on the beach. The pool deck has tables with umbrellas, lounge chairs and bathrooms in the clubhouse for your comfort and convenience.

We use a smart lock and will provide you with your own private code. All check-in and check-out is contactless. All laundry is done in hot hot water and dried on the highest heat. We have a REME-Halo Air purifier installed in our HVAC system. The REME-Halo kills up to 99% of bacteria, mold and viruses. The dual ionizers reduce airborne particulates (dust, dander, pollen, mold spores).

If you would like to make a reservation, using the 'Begin Booking' feature will be the surest way to secure your dates. Email is the preferred method of contact but you can always call if you have questions. Our calendar is always up to date.

I have walked up and down the shore of New Smyrna Beach and I have yet to find a better stretch of beach.

Lovely Condo on Non Driving Beach

We really enjoyed our stay at Smyrna Beach Club. Loved that the owner offered us to arrive a night early since it wasn’t rented. The condo is well appointed and very nice. Beautiful beach views. We really appreciated that they provided beach towels, beach chairs, beach wagon and boogie boards so we didn’t have to bring all of that. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful vacation stay

This was by far the most beautiful condo we have ever stayed in here in New Smyrna. The condo was extremely clean, had comfortable beds, beach toys, chairs, anything you could think of it had. The owners were pleasant to communicate with and extremely accomading. Ive been coming here with my family for over 30 years and i can say this was our best!

I've rented many condos in the last 38 years at NSB and this was by far one of the nicest condos. The decor was beautiful, it was very clean, super comfortable and well stocked.I would highly recommend and look forward to renting again.

Second time we stayed in this condo and it was terrific both times. Great beach area, view and pool. Other residents are very friendly. Only minor negative is we probably would not schedule during Bike Week again.

Lovely spot in NSB

Even though Hurricane Milton cut our stay short, we loved the time we got to spend in NSB. The condo is just as described/shown in listing and has everything you need. The complex pool is great and we met several very friendly owners. The sunrises and beach/ocean views off the balcony are fabulous. Justine’s instructions for checkin, parking and checkout were perfect. We definitely want to come back!!

Beautiful condo

Property was exactly as listed, everything was clean, and everything u could need was available. Perfect beach vacation. Easy to get ahold of host, answered questions. Check in was easy, no problems. Only issue was wifi was very spotty and wouldn't stay connected. But everything else was great!

Wonderful stay at New Smyrna Beach

We very much enjoyed our stay at this condo. Condo was very clean and very well equipped with everything we needed. Condo had gorgeous views of the ocean, literally looked like you were on top of the ocean when you walked in the front door! If you are looking for a condo that you can walk to shopping, restaurants this condo may not be for you. But if you are looking for no crowds and a peaceful beach getaway, this condo is for you! We will be returning anytime we are in the area!

Perfect location and great home!

We loved the home and had a wonderful stay. We had a hard time figuring out where the apartment in the complex when we arrived in the middle of the night, but once we knew where we were, it was perfect! We had a lot of rain the week we stayed but we had a wonderful view of the sea on the patio, where we stayed dry, and when we had an hour of sunlight, we were close enough to enjoy the beach and pool at a moments notice! The house was so well appointed we really didn’t need anything at all. Just food and beverage. There were chairs, beach toys, all matter of cooking utensils and both keurig and drip coffee makers. Our first time in NSB was a huge success! Thank you!
