Beach holiday vacation

A lovely beachside home is just steps to Flagler beach. Just one block behind the restaurants and shops on Flagler Ave. You can walk to all of the nightspots from our home. This newly remodeled getaway is great for family vacations. Two bedrooms can accommodate up to eight guests. Master comes with a Queen size bed with a private bathroom that includes a tub and twin vanities. The second bedroom has two sets of triple bunk beds and sleeps six. Kids will feel like they are sleeping on a boat! Both rooms have flat-screen HDTVs and Cable television. The home is wired with Wifi and has a 65" LG HDTV in the living room.
We have a beautiful stainless and granite kitchen with a built-in breakfast bar and mini bar fridge, that seats four. Custom-made dining room table also seats six comfortably. The front is a wrap-around screened-in patio, with outdoor seating. Outback the yard is fenced for pets and kids to play. Backyard features are a fully enclosed outdoor shower, with hot and cold coming from a 9' tall surfboard and rain shower head. The sitting area outback has a wooden deck and can seat four, with a propane fire pit for those quiet evenings at home.
We supply paper products, linens, towels, barbecue grille, fully furnished. You can use our surfboards, and SUP (stand-up paddleboard) supplied at the home. Contact owner directly, David for rentals. OK to text or call me, or email. We may have last-minute deals! We have 2 other rentals 2B, 2B townhome, and a condo in New Smyrna Beach, that do rent nightly, (2-night min). This is a Great Holiday home for the price of a hotel room but you can fit the whole family. Must be at least 30 years old to rent our properties.

Fantastic place, super close Flagler Ave

Such a great place, fully appointed with all we could have needed. The whole place has been updated and really has a great beach vibe. Very comfortable. Walking distance to everything on Flagler Ave and the beach access there. Highly recommend staying if you're looking for a place in NSB.

Fantastic.

As retured snowbirds, we spent 30 days here. Our first time in NSB, won’t be our last. The house was perfect. Spacious for us. Location was IDEAL. We had one guest for a few days and another couple for a few other days. The bunk beds were not ideal for our age group, but they were certainly manageable. House and location would be great for any age group. I was nervous about being so close to the business area, but that was not an issue and added to the attraction of the location for us. Parking was tight for us, but that was on us, we were traveling with a truck and trailer with 2 motorcycles. (That was our own problem!)

The home made our visit to NSB perfect

Our family of 5 found everything we needed at this home. The location was close to the main strip, but not noisy, and the beach is only a couple of blocks away. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels/toiletries for the bathrooms. We used the backyard space and screened in porch a lot. The owner replied within 5 minutes to my only inquiry and checkin/checkout was effortless. We didn’t want to leave. It was a very enjoyable stay!

SO CONVENIENT!!!!

Quiet yet so close to the activities on Flagler Avenue! You CANNOT beat the location of this property. Clean and bright! Owner is very responsive. Just a delightful place. This property will not disappoint.

We had a perfect vacation! We were footsteps from the beach, restaurants, and shopping! This is a well equipped rental! Our furry child loved the fenced in yard and screened porch. We're discussing dates for next year!

NSB home away from home

Lovely home so close to everything! 1/2 block from Flagler Ave with shops, restaurants, and nightlife. 1 block to the sandy shoreline of the Atlantic Ocean. This home has everything for the beach, bike ride, kayak, surf board, or paddle board. Evenings are relaxing at the outdoor fireplace. Very comfortable interior furnishings. So happy the owners are cool about having dogs stay!

This is an excellent property and place to stay. The house is very clean and updated. The convenience of its location (1 block to Flagler and the beach) combined with the ability to use their beach accessories, i.e. surfboards, bikes, etc. made for an exceptional stay. We highly recommend it!

Rather than staying directly on the water, we thought we would stay near Flagler, and get an idea of what being "in town" was like. It was a great choice! A quick walk to the beach and town both. We enjoyed the quiet when we chose, and then enjoyed being able to listen to a live band just a block away. Lots of fun. The unit itself had a nicely appointed kitchen with what you would need for cooking. The bed and baths were comfortable and updated. Thumbs up!

Easy, breezy

Quaint home on the beachside of town. Comfortably furnished inside and outside, feels like home. Easy walk to the beach and everything in town. Nice backyard with plenty of room for our dogs to play, and only a golf cart ride away to the dog beach! Very clean and well maintained. Kind and friendly owner.

Spring Break 2018!

We really enjoyed our stay at thia property. It is located one street south of shops and restaurants in downtown New Smyrna. We had a couple of rainy days during our stay, so that worked out nicely. Also, it is helpful that there is public parking just down the street. I would recommend renting this property to anyone looking for a beach getaway!
