Take in the breathtaking oceanfront views, enjoy magnificent sunrises, and watch dolphins play in the surf while relaxing with your morning coffee! Enjoy the newly refinished garage roof that has tennis, pickle ball and a basket ball hoop.

    This condominium is part of the Sunrise community which offers two elevators, a swimming pool with large ocean front deck, gas grill, and shuffle board. The bulletin board often announces community activities such as pool aerobics and local "ladies luncheons." Walk just a couple minutes south for beach yoga or north for a newly built community park. This is the tranquil escape you've been looking for!
