This privately owned unit is furnished with all the latest updates and comes with everything that you need for a wonderful, memorable stay in historic New Smyrna Beach. The penthouse is equipped with a double balcony, accessible through the bedroom and living room, the balcony faces the ocean. You will be able to sleep soundly with sounds of the ocean waves. This condo is within walking distance of historical Flagler avenue, which has many shops, versatile restaurants, and taverns. Ample parking is provided, as well as security on staff 24/7. This condo was a lovely place to stay. My wife and I have been to NSB many times but this was our first time staying at this particular resort. The amenities were wonderful and the location is extremely convenient given the proximity to Flagler Ave. We were able to easily walk down to the shops, get ice cream, etc. even with our toddler. Tricia is very communicative and easy to work with.

Wonderful condo!

This condo has a nice view of the ocean and you can hear the waves. It has everything you need for eating there and there are great restaurants nearby.You can walk to Flagler Avenue easily. The host makes sure everything is great!

Perfect location for a few days or a few weeks. Walking distance to Flagler Ave (the area with all the cool restaurants, shopping & hangouts. Top floor beachfront property with elevator. Plenty to do in the area. Free parking. This unit has all the amenities you need for your stay. Just bring your food & beverages. Don't forget your sandals or flipflops!

We have stayed at Coconut Palms II on many stays in NSB, Tricia’s condo is nicely decorated, comfy bed and furniture, and a million dollar view. We have already scheduled our next stay with her. Highly recommend.

Wonderful quiet stay

Our second stay in this building, we had an oceanfront one bedroom condo that sits back bit still facing the ocean. We really liked it because of the quiet location of this co do in the building. Facility was perfect, no issues with anything, the location is so close to everything, groceries, bars, restaurants, and quick access to highway to travel to sights out of town the host Tricia was wonderful and answered questions immediately. Check in and check out were seemless, front desk personnel was also very helpful, we will return again and stay longer.
