Coconut Palms II is an ideal location between shopping and Flagler Ave. Beautiful beach and very friendly and helpful staff. We had an issue in our room and they came right fix right away. Building is under renovation as indicated on Expedia but it didn’t interfere with our vacation. Had stayed here before Covid and enjoyed pool side bingo and the tiki bar drinks - was sad to see those are no longer available. Hopefully they will make a come back sometime. Will definitely visit again.

We ended up leaving. The toilet didn’t flush, there was sand all over the room. They did not have a gym, laundry, or a restaurant that was working. There was also no way to get in touch with management. It was a mess and not conducive to a family of 5 with small kids.

Overall excellent stay. Property shows freshness of ongoing refurbishment. I found the setup of the night stands next to the bed to be bizarre. Light fixture is so large and low that night stand is un-usable. Electrical outlet at night stand difficult to reach.

I have stayed here 18 times in the past 10 years. They had no room reserved and made no attempt to try and fix the issue. I expected more.

Such a great place to stay. Easy access to shopping, dining and entertainment within walking distance. Right on the beach with a clean, large pool on site. Many comfy places to relax on site. Will definitely go back again.

The room was great, very clean and spacious. the issue was that the parking was off site unless you get lucky - there are 3 or 4 properties within a couple blocks and none of theme seem to have enough parking so you jockey around trying for a spot. The beach access was closed at our building so that was a pain, had to lug beach chairs everyday - so we were directly on the beach but still had to walk to the beach lugging chairs and gear everyday - not ideal. Not worth the price for that reason

Thank you for your comments on your visit. We apologize for the beach access being closed. Unfortunately there were two hurricanes this past fall and it washed out the stairs to the beach leaving it unsafe. At this point we are waiting for the contractor to get the permit which has taken more time than expected due turtle nesting season. Not to make an excuse but it is out of our hands just waiting for them to start. It was great to read you enjoyed the room and found it clean.Thank you again for staying at the Coconut Palms Beach Resort.

We loved the travels lodge. The main building is shut down for renovations which was ok except the main pool was too. We were very happy with the travels lodge, it was quiet and peaceful!

This is an amazing property! We loved every minute of our stay there. Unfortunately, their 2nd pool and tiki bar are currently not open. The tiki bar service could be moved down into the pool area somewhere. There was no explanation as to why these ammenities are closed. Over all though, awesome place.

The main building was under renovations, which was fine, but the BIG main pool was closed, due to some uneven pavers?? The pool at the Palms was dirty. The access to the beach from the resort was closed, even tho there were stairs at the end. The master bedroom ceiling fan was broken. Need better and more furniture for the balcony off the condo. 2 hard chairs, didnt make the outside balcony very enjoyable. Tiki Bar was closed.

Not at all what we thought we were getting. They tried to put us in an old run down 2 story building across the street from the beach in a first floor room that smelled like mold, when we clearly asked for ocean view room when we booked thru Expedia.

Sorry that the construction has started on the Royal Building. They were not starting any construction till 9AM on Sat. only. Ceiling fan will be fixed soon. The unit being dirty , we will talk with the housekeeping on this. We hope you had a nice stay on the beach!

This place has went drastically downhill in the last 2 years the floor we were on had 2 feet of drywall missing in the hallway our balcony doors were almost inoperable the sofa bed was absolutely disgusting the tiki hut was never opened and our kitchen table was split in half and no one ever came to fix it I pray they update before next year or I will be forced to find another rental and we have been staying at coconut palms for 12 years now

I loved the location and the grounds. Very well maintained.I stayed in a bungalow that has been newly renovated and it was so quiet. It had a cute little outside seating area hidden among seagrape plant and other native foliage. Great for a couple or single to stay in. Right on the beach with 2 pools. Can’t beat it. Close to Flagler Avenue restaurants and shopping.

Great location. Everything is in walking distance. The property is a little dated. Pretty disappointed on the elevators, only one was working out of 2. Hopefully everything will be fix on my next visit.

Bad stay
We had four reservations in our group and when it went to Coconut Palms they split us up into three buildings. I was unaware that that was going to happen or else I would’ve made sure that I called them to put a reservations together. Also one of the rooms had no hot water for the whole stay and they would not credit or provide anything to that room for compensation.
