Dog friendly home w/ fully-fenced yard, full-sized, indoor washer and dryer, WiFi, 4 big screen TVs! Third bedroom is fitness room w/ twin foldout floor bed. Second bedroom is office with queen canopy floor bed. Racially and economically diverse walkable neighborhood a few blocks from New Smyrna Beach's historic downtown w multiple excellent restaurants, coffee shops, and stores! 2.5 miles from iconic Flagler Ave. shopping/beach. Garage is not available to guests but home has two off-street parking spots and street parking is plentiful and free.
