Oceanwalk is between the beach and a large natural estuary, perfect for the beach lover (across the street from the no-drive beach and within 2 miles of the beach driving access), nature lover (kayaking through the wetlands may be fun), or someone who just wants to relax without traveling anywhere.

Oceanwalk Condominiums, well-regarded for their central location, large floor plans, and the finest amenities in New Smyrna, are located in the south beach area of New Smyrna Beach. The 20-building condo complex is located across the street from the beach and features up-to-date, king-size rooms in many different floor plans. These well-appointed condominiums boast wide balconies, spacious master bedrooms, big guest bedrooms, a deluxe master bathroom, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a laundry room, and more. Every one of the buildings has shared elevated sun decks on the first-floor level. Clean and well taken care of. Easy access to the beach. Spacious for 6 adults. Everything worked well. The pools were nice for a change of pace from the beach.
