  • Modern 3BR/2BA townhome just steps from New Smyrna Beach! Features include marble countertops, a waterfall kitchen island, enclosed back patio, upstairs balcony, and private paver driveway. Sleeps up to 10 with 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, and a queen pull-out sofa. Pet-friendly and perfect for families or groups. Walk to the beach, minutes from Flagler Ave shops and dining. Stylish, spacious, and perfectly located! For larger groups ask me about my matching townhouse next door it also sleep 10. Both are available to rent individually or at the same time as a large group.

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Strip all used sheets, pillowcases, towels and leave on laundry room floor. Leave comforter and pillow shams on the bed. Keep up with washing your towels. Cleaning lady only does 2-3 loads of laundry

Empty fridge, throw all trash in our cans. No loose trash everything needs to be bagged. Trash days Monday and Thursday bring to the street night before or early morning. No recycling bag everything

Absolutely NO SMOKING/VAPING inside you will be charged $500 per day of your stay if smoke smell is detected. NO EVENTS, NO PARTIES. We have cameras and will call cops. No one under 25 allowed to rent

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No one under 25 is allowed to book. The renter must be staying at the house. Must send me copy of Drivers License. Camera’s are outside don’t tamper

Do not lower ac past 72. Keep doors and windows closed when ac is on. If you burn out our ac you are financially responsible. Leave 1 key in lockbox.

Everything was wonderful! The doggo had a great time and everyone was super comfortable during our stay. Any issue we had the host was so quick to resolve. Including getting us a new wine opener that matched the theme of the property. Overnight! I would come back to New Smyrna Beach just to stay here again. This was also our first Vrbo stay and the host was so gracious in helping us navigate. I cannot say enough good things.

The host was very responsive to our questions and needs. The house is nicely decorated and furnished, comfortable and all appliances are clean and working. We loved the quick walk to the beach! We wished we had more options in cookware and mixing bowls since we did a lot of meals at the house, but were able to get by with what was provided. The grill worked great! It was great to have the option of dog friendly since my daughter could not find adequate care for her dog over the holidays. It was nice to have groceries nearby and there was enough provision of toilet paper and paper towels for the first 2 days. Our family enjoyed our time here and will definitely keep it in mind for another trip!
