Walking Distance to beach, Flagler Ave restaurants and bars! Gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2 bath and 2 car garage home with a large fenced-in yard in New Smyrna Beach. Home is pet friendly!! Fresh paint and newly renovated kitchen that has top of the line appliances, including a gas stove. The house has a gas-tankless water heater and a low maintenance designed backyard. You will only be a few steps to the beach and a few blocks to the Flagler Avenue shops and restaurants. Freshly renovated bathrooms, new recessed lighting and fans! TV and internet provided, as well as washer and dryer units. Backyard is set up for fun and relaxation! Have a cup of coffee in the morning or relax with a drink in the evening (space heater available if weather appropriate)

Perfect!

Absolutely fabulous! Well equipped home with everything you need for a great vacation in new Smyrna. Home is located on the peninsula walking distance to Flagler Avenue and the beach. Homeowner provides beach chairs, bikes, and a beach wagon. I loved sitting outside in the backyard enjoying my morning coffee. Beds and pillows were dreamy, Wi-Fi was perfect, and kitchen had everything I needed and then some! Communication was fabulous and check-in/check out were a breeze. I’m already planning a return trip as soon as I see availability. Thank you!
