Please take in considerationthat the stairs to the beach are under construction and we have beach access through building 1 . The estimate date of finishing the stairs is January 1st 2025. Private located on the 4th floor with no units on either side, SW corner unit with partial ocean views and lots of natural sunlight. Partial Ocean view from Sunny balcony and living room. This unit has the most preferred southwestern exposure. Convenient assigned parking close to entrance of building. This condo is completely redecorated and freshly paint updated bathroom. Laminate floors throughout the unit. Spacious master bedroom with comfortable king size bed with new Sealy mattress, plenty of drawers for storage and walk in closet, there is 1 foldable twin bed with memory foam matrass, so you can sleep 3 in total. Tv's in living room and master bedroom ( cable) and free WIFI internet. Living room with 3 recliners. Updated bathroom with new toilet, combination tub/shower, vanity and linens. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, new granite countertops, keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, toaster, air fryer and crockpot. Conveniently located near the elevator with the laundry room just around the corner. Restaurants, grocery, liquor store,church and 27th avenue park with playground, racquetball and basketball court all in walking distance. This is a smoke, vape and pet free unit (no pets allowed in the seacoast gardens buildings as per the new management rules).

Condo is located in oceanfront complex on the no drive beach. Enjoy 2 large oceanfront pools one heated seasonally and 2 kiddie pools. The resort offers shuffleboard, grills for cooking out and a clubhouse available for rent along with a kitchen. Senior activities are organized during winter months. There is a beautiful deck overlooking the ocean with lounge chairs, tables and chairs. Laundry facilities on site on each floor. New Smyrna Beach is a charming little town that always has something going on albeit the Wine Walk on Flagler, the Beer Walk on Canal, many art shows, farmers markets, festivals, surf contests and of course, world class fishing and any kind of water sport you can imagine. We are only 15 miles south of Daytona, and 55 miles east of Orlando. You can enjoy everything from Central Florida's amusement parks, Kennedy Space Center, to relaxing on what some consider "the best beach in the world."

The condo was great for me as a solo traveler. Equipped with beach chairs an umbrella and cooler for beach lounging. Located right next to the elevator, so loading in and out was a breeze. Nice pool area. Access to the beach was quick and easy. The only hiccup was the parking lot flooded when we got a hard rain. It was just one time. Certainly not the owner’s fault. Conveniently, the parking space is right next to the exit for a quick getaway, so no biggie.

We live just about an hour from NSB. This was a long weekend to celebrate my husband's birthday. The condo is cute, clean, quiet and close to several restaurants we like to go to. This place will be on our return list!

Enjoyed our stay!

This place had everything we needed for a beach trip. Since we flew to Florida, it was great having all the beach essentials provided: chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach towels and my son was so excited there was a boogie board! The kitchen is well stocked too. It is in a great location to anything you might need and so many great dining options too.

My husband and I just returned from a ten day stay at this beautiful condo. The space was clean and comfortable, with easy access to the pool and beach. We were able to walk to several restaurants and parks. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Location

The apartment was so clean and tidy! The furniture was comfortable and gave beach-y vibes! The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook our own meals. Thierry was very informative and communicative. We cannot wait to come back.

Amazing Condo in NSB

My son and I stayed here during his spring break. We had an awesome time. This property was the perfect size for us. The property was clean and comfortable. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future. The host was also very communitive and responded to my messages in a timely manner. Great little property for the cost! Very clean and convenient! Lots of construction we didn’t know about so had to walk way around to go to beach but I’m sure this is temporary! We didn’t have parking passes left but this was corrected quickly!

Cute Clean Cozy

Nice place. Kitchen small but we didn’t cook. Comfortable new looking recliners in living room. Comfortable bed. My suggestion would be to get black out curtains in the bedroom to block the light and maybe help block some of the road noise. I realize black out curtains wouldn’t go with beachy decor, (which was very nice also. )

I came me my fiance and my daughter. My daughter stayed with my mother some in one room and with us . It was a quiet week right after the 4th so but as for the condo it was nice. Had everything you need. If u did forget something you have Dollar general market u have Publix on down the road. I stay and my family every year in July sometimes and the host got back promptly and the room was nice cozy . Master bedroom nice comfortable bed and even a like twin cot for someone to sleep on. Overall a great place for 2 or 3 . Very spacious . I recommend this unit to anyone. Thanks to host and everyone that it took to get me a room. Worth checking into nice floors just a very warm atmosphere!

Vacation

The property was as stated. I thought the apartment and kitchen could have been a little cleaner. The property is in a good location and the host was excellent to work with. Unfortunately, we ran out of paper towels and toilet paper, wasn’t given near enough. Overall, it’s a great apartment/condo in a good location.
