Newly renovated and furnished, this two-story home includes 4 bedrooms, walk-in closets, 2 and a half bath, and sleeps 8 to 10 people. Open floor plan for kitchen, dining, and family room with porcelain tile flooring. Vaulted ceilings with an upstairs landing overlooking the first floor. Master suite downstairs and upstairs. Large, fenced-in backyard with pavers, grill and hammock. Located in one of New Smyrna’s most attractive streets with sugar sand, beautiful homes, and beach access point. 2 blocks from The Garlic, Norwoods, Beachside Tavern and the many NSB Foodie favorites. Great house, great location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable house. A short walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants yet on a nice quiet street made for a great location. The friendly owner made us feel very welcome.

First, the property is in a great location. Close to the beach, close to shopping and a short walk to Flagler Ave. Also, it's in a quiet neighborhood. Second, it's just a really nice property. Very roomy, very comfortable, very clean. Definitely one of the best whole house rental properties in New Smyrna Beach.
