Relax on your ocean facing patio with expansive Atlantic views as you sip and watch the dolphins pass just 20’ away. This unit is the only in SCG3 ground floor with unlimited multi directional (dramatic!) Atlantic views, so it is the most in demand in the building. It is also a few steps from the brand new stairs! (no elevators, no schlepping) Seawall is in and there is unencumbered, direct access to the beach! Community sunbathing deck is in and you can even lay out there if you choose. We are waiting for sod to be layed so still keeping construction discount active! Take advantage because with new pavers and shark coating the place is looking AWESOME;

Our first floor corner unit has a stylish new renovation; interior stone accents and paneling details, porcelain wood plank tile floors, luxury plush linens and new mattresses, Italian leather (cleanable) furniture, Kraft maid kitchen, quartz counters, ample prep space; pantry, enchanting sunrises and relaxation!! Our Zen vibes unit is the most in demand in the building, with 2 walls of ocean view being on the corner rather than sandwiched in between other units along the front seeing only whats in front of you. It sleeps a true 6 with King Master w/ en suite bath & 2 SEPARATE QUEEN BEDS (not twin) in 2nd BR which has the hallway bath w/tub. Well appointed kitchen, KCup or brew, electric griddle, cake pans, baking dishes, pots & pans or call for delivery! Walk to fine dining at Bakers' Table (need reservation) or casual at Touch of Italy which also delivers; breakfast joint across street C's Waffles, and a market; a homemade ice cream shop too! Spa styled baths, 3 smart TVs . Tired of paying top dollar and having a management company plop another $700 in fees on top of the percentage they already take from owners? Then book owner direct here!!

Construction updates: The Seawall has taken two years but it is done. Thanks to all who came back every year anyway! We can't wait for you to see everything done this year!

The condo is very cute and well supplied, we enjoyed our time together.The only downfall was that there is no beach access from the property due to construction, otherwise it’s a great location

Our stay was wonderful. The apartment was clean and attractive. The construction was unfortunate but also unavoidable. Last years hurricane damaged the sea wall. Has to be repaired. We loved our stay. First time using Vrbo- was great. Thanks !

Gorgeous view and so cozy!

My family stayed down the street in a condo that did not know did not allow pets, even my almost 14 year old little dog. I am so blessed to have found this condo available! The pictures do not do it justice! It was the most relaxed I’ve been in months. The beds are comfy, there is all you need for appliances, dishware and a perfect view to fall asleep to. The owner was so gracious and kind and quick to respond. We will be back here on our next visit to the area!

Florida Condo Not as Expected

We were unfortunately unimpressed with our stay at this oceanside condo. Prior to arrival, I had messaged the host regarding any ongoing construction or building issues that may impact our stay, to which they advised there were none. However, we awoke our first morning to a demolition crew demolishing the patio and deck right outside our window. The noise was unbearable and the crew was in front of the property nearly all day, standing and looking right into our unit's windows. Additionally, one of the buildings had lost access to water in their units entirely. The pool was being worked on during the entirety of our stay, making it unusable, and a collection of construction crewmembers onsite next to the sunbathers. Overall, the interior of the unit itself was clean and spacious. However, it lacked many of the essentials needed: the kitchen lacked a few necessities, only one sheet was on the master bed, and both bathrooms had only one half-used roll of toilet paper. The sliding door to the patio was broken and unusable as well - it completely came off the tracks when we tried to open it. Unfortunately our stay was not as expected.

Relax Rest & Restore with some Vitamin Sea

We truly enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer; 4 days was not long enough. The unit was super convenient to everything especially the pool and beach. We will be booking again.

This is an amazing condo with the very BEST view!! The owner was responsive and super friendly, they take great pride in the guests experience. Super private, ocean front, very clean and updated. It was absolutely perfect!!!

Beautifully updated apartment, beautiful beach view

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was cozy and had great decor. Our only disappointment was we were unaware of their no access to the beach from our apartment because of the damage from the hurricane. We finally were told we could access the beach from another apartment building but we never did. We just enjoyed the view from their porch.
