Fabulous condo

Peaceful Views!!

Great stay in a very nicely put together condo!! Furnishings are A+. The awesome boat parade and dolphins show is available every morning/evening from the beautiful enclosed lanai porch. Great restaurants are minutes away / Norwoods and The Garlic to name few. The host was available and timely with information. We will be back!

Wonderful

The condo is decorated in a pleasant and inviting way. I loved being on the water and seeing the dolphins jumping. The owners went out of their way to help me in big ways. They took my call at 1:00 AM to help me with check in. They were also very helpful to me when I had to unexpectantly leave a day early due to an emergency surgery for our son. Great place and great people!

New Smyrna Surfing Camp

Let me just start with the location. Its super close to everything easy to pull in and out of the island. We had our yearly surfing camp with NSB Surfing school and this year by far its been the best location and accommodations. Marylou and Scott were superb at letting us know the amenities and the different aspects of the location. One of the best things for sure was on the 4th of July. An unexpected surprise. We got front road sits right from the indoor porch to an amazing fireworks show at RiverPark. An amazing week for sure.

Aesome location on the ICW

Condominium was perfectly located, squeaky clean, and very nicely furnished, decorated, and equipped...particularly the kitchen. We would stay again...highly recommended.

Family Wedding

My sister's daughter was married over the weekend. We had a mini family reunion with all cousins, aunts, uncles, neices, nephews. Bridesmaid Brunch Friday morning given by me and my other sister.Welcome Party Friday night at Cafe VerdiSaturday Wedding at 4pm, dinner 630pm, dancing 730pm until the 10pm send off.Visits with family amd fun time Sunday.We are most likely going to book again for summer sister get together. This is our New Smyrna Beach place to stay!!!

Perfect Vacation

I can not say enough wonderful things about my stay here! Everything exceeded my expectations. The place was immaculate and the amenities were exactly as listed- pickleball, pool, fishing, beautiful view. Communication with the owner was great. He responded right away with any question I had. I hope to return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking to visit New Smyrna Beach.

Sister Trip

My sisters and I get together for an extended weekemd every summer. I'm a teacher and they work remote joobs. The view was peaceful in mornings and evenings. The showers were perfect after the besch. The whoe trip was relaxing and fun. I will return with my family in December for my niece's wedding.

Great stay!

We have stayed in many vacation rentals over the years, and this condo was one of the best! It was very clean, updated, and had beautiful views! Beds were comfortable, kitchen had a lot of extras (spices, etc.). The location is super convenient to restaurants, shopping and the beach! Grounds were well maintained and parking is very easy. We would stay again and the hosts were kind and communicative. Thank you!

Spectacular Family Vacation

This is such an amazing place to stay and isso peaceful! We wished we could have stayed longer. Scott and Marilou were so caring and thoughtful to ensure all was comfortable and we were taken care of. Definitely recommend this beautiful condo and hopefully we will be able to come back soon!

dolphins galore!

Place was better then anticipated, the view was great, we had perfect weather for open sliders & they weren't lying when they had pics of dolphins, we saw at least 10 a day!

The condo was as advitised. Was impeccably clean and up to date. Lots of thoughtful little extras. Looked like it had been newly renovated. Hosts were excellent and responsive. Location was good. Would definitely rent this unit again.

Family vacation

We had a great stay and made lots of memories. The pool was nice and the location is perfect. Very bicycle friendly. If you’re bringing a boat just know ahead of time you can’t put it in at the boat ramp on the property and you can not leave it unhooked without a vehicle. We received a Final Warning sticker and were close to having it towed due to a change in HOA rules. Otherwise we strongly recommend this place. It had everything stocked and is super clean. The owners are very responsive.

Dolphins, Sharks and Storms, oh my!

We could see everything from this pristine 3rd story unit overlooking the Indian River Lagoon! Dolphins all day, every day, the occasional shark and manatee sighting as well as watching the evening thunder storms, which were a sight to see. The condo was immaculate and much nicer than even the pictures indicated. Easy check-in/check-out was a plus. Fishing from the dock is super relaxing and the pool and grill were just a few steps away. Our family has been coming to NSB for the past 11-12 years and this was our favorite condo. The owners checked in to make sure our stay was going well and were a text away if needed. We’ll definitely be back and I would highly recommend this spot!

5 stars all around!! Dolphins, Dolphins and more Dolphins!

If you enjoy beautiful sunsets and watching dolphins play right in front of your eyes then look no further. This condo has everything one could dream of for a Florida vacation. The unit itself is remodeled and very comfortable. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are spacious and the Florida room and living rooms are perfect for relaxing or spending time as a family. Our kids used the pool and enjoyed it very much. We trailered our boat here and used the public boat ramp to launch with no issue and no line. Truly, you cannot go wrong with this unit. The hosts are also very kind and responsive and the location cannot be beat. You are 5 minutes away from some of NSB's best restaurants and beaches. We highly recommend this unit and hosts.

Perfection

There was nothing about this property that I didn't love. The location of the condo was great. I loved randomly looking out on the water and watching the boats go by. I appreciated the little touches include such as paper plates, cooking spices, detailed instructions, etc. As a nurse, I loved the fact that there was a first aid kit available. We had a wonderful time and would love to visit NSB again and stay in the same unit.
