About this property

Ocean Front Building - Heated Pool - Spacious 2 BR / 2.5 Condo - Family Friendly

  • CDM-23 ... known to us as 'Kerry's Dream' .... is larger than most ranch homes. It doesn't feel like your typical beach condo. Plus, the unit has been continuously upgraded.

    - New Living Room Furniture (sofa and love seat) in September 2022
    - New Master Bedroom Furniture with pillow-top queen bed
    - Upgraded HD Cable TV Service
    - Broadband Internet w. Wifi
    - New 48' HD Smart TV w. DVR in Living Room
    - 40" LED Flat Screen TV w. DVD Player in the Master BR
    - 32" LED Flat Screen TV in the Guest BR

    The Master Bathroom, Guest Bathroom and Powder Room have all been upgraded / modernized as of November 2024. Also, new paint throughout the unit.

    Kitchen has been upgraded with Granite Counter Top and Breakfast Bar.

    Also NEW as of September 2022 ... we have installed new Karndean luxury flooring in the LR and DR areas.

    We are a mere 5-minute walk to the historic Flagler Avenue ... where you can find shops, restaurants and bars. Arrive at CDM ... then park the car. Life is much easier this way.

    But when you do need provisions, we also are only about 1/2 mile off of Rt. 44 where there is a Publix supermarket, liquor store and drug store. There are several trendy restaurants in that area also.

    Please note that as we say in the "Summary", our unit is 2 Levels (2 Floors). And our lower floor is up one flight of stairs from ground level. Our lower floor has the kitchen, dining room, living room and a powder room. Our upper floor has the 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There is a common coin-operated laundry down a few units from ours.

Quite time at CDM is between the hours of 10pm and 8am. This is inside of our unit and around the property.
Items used at the beach must be cleaned before storage. Excessive cleaning charges will be back charged to the guest.
