Custom designed bathrooms feature unique tile work. Steps to the heated pools and ocean. Enjoy watching the pool activity from private patio. Experience Florida beaches at their finest. Sandpiper is a family friendly community located on the south end of the car free section of New Smyrna Beach, on miles and miles of beautiful white sand. Enjoy the Sandpipers expansive oceanfront deck which has two adult pool, two kiddie pools an oceanfront putting green and shuffle board court. Our north pool and kiddie pool are heated in the winter for our snowbirds! Now that you've found this great spot, why not stay at one of the best condos New Smyrna has to offer!
