This amazing home is located in one of the most desired parts of NSB! Walking distance to the beach and nestled among private homes in the quiet and lux north beach area. This unique home is one of very few in town which sits high on a dune providing views of all the surroundings, which is why it's appropriately called "The Lookout". Bring your family to vacation in this comfortable rental home; with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms it has a place for all. One bedroom is located downstairs with a queen bed and a twin with full bathroom and laundry room. Up a spiral stairway is the main living area where everyone can hang out by the fireplace in this comfy living room. The 2nd bedroom has 2 full beds and the 3rd has a queen bed. The kids have their own hang out in this rental. They can climb the ladder to the small loft and play games while parents/grandparents keep eye from below. The kitchen is equipped with all you need to make you feel like you are home. You can enjoy your meals together at the large dining table while taking in the views. Perfect location/home for beachgoers and pet owners. Minor inconveniences that should be addressed: towel rack repair in master bath, replace light bulb on outdoor deck stairwell, and unclog drains more completely in upstair baths. Otherwise, the house and contents are ideal for a 6-month stay each winter.
