This beach condo was perfect for our weekend trip to celebrate the life of our sister in law at New Smyrna Beach. Plenty of room for the 4 of us adults and everything was clean and the beds were very comfy. Though a quick visit, the condo had all the things we needed for our brief stay in a great location.

We reallu like our stay. Seawoods is a very nice small community, with nice pools, tennis and pickle ball cpurts, and other amenities. The condo was large and very clean. Very well furnished, it has evertyhing you need. I woupd stay there again.

My friends and I enjoyed the proximity to the beach and to new Smyrna's shopping area. We had plenty of space to spread out. The large screen porch made a wonderful gathering area in the evening. Nice, quiet community with pools and other amenities nearby.

Wonderfu Stay!

The condo is so nice with everything we needed! There are lots of useful kitchen items and tons of beach toys for use that our kids loved and beach chairs etc. Having a washer and dryer was super convenient. We had a fabulous time and made tons of family memories. We would love to stay there again!

Perfect spot for a family long weekend

Karen’s place hit all the marks for our family getaway. We loved the floor plan and convenience of the condo and the Sea Woods amenities. A close walk to the very peaceful beach made our days easy. The beach toys and boogie boards the condo provided were such a treat! After exploring Flagler Avenue and the Dunes park it was really nice to return to the quiet and comfort of Donna’s place. We’ll definitely return!

Loved our experience at this location! Listing is what it was....no surprises or complaints. Stayed to play at the beach and explore near by area. Although weather did not cooperate, beach was beautiful and loved the friendly laid back atmosphere. Would stay here again with my family of 7.

Peaceful in the ‘Sea Woods’

The location was very peaceful tucked in amongst the trees and very close to the beach. If you like nature I highly recommend this place. Unit was clean with good amount of home amenities if you like to cook your own meals. And thank you for having a smart TV that includes Roku.

Great unit and Location

I brought 4 Teenage girls and everyone had a wonderful time! The girls play tennis ,walked on the beach and went to the pool. The Unit was clean and very comfortable with all the necessary things to make us all feel like we were home.
