We had a wonderful stay at Colleen’s condo! The location is excellent with wonderful views and quiet. We traveled with our toddler daughter and my elderly parents. We all loved the place and made comments about how well kept and stocked it was. Clean, comfortable beds and a great layout with the bedrooms away from the main living room and kitchen. That's great when you have a little one sleeping. Amenities! We flew in and its definitely far from your typical rental company management property. Amenities!! This property goes above and beyond- extras in the bathroom- plenty of spices in the kitchen, honey, sauces, butter, oils and more! Games, beach toys, beach chairs (more than enough) beach games, basketball, boogie boards, coolers, wagon and probably more that we didn't use! Fun inside toys and a stack of books! Oh yeah, reusable grocery bags- lots of pots and pans, more than enough kitchen utensils etc. all of these items make a difference and help you feel at home. The pools are awesome! Lots of kids, friendly neighbors and a great atmosphere, everyone was really nice and our daughter loved the pool! The beach is a short walk and the wagon makes this a breeze! Not over crowded and a family friendly vibe for sure. Overall this condo was one of the best we've stayed at hands down.This was our second trip to New Smyrna. We would definitely stay here again and seek out Colleen's place. Communication to overall amenities made for a perfect family vacation. Thank you!
