"Perfect place for a short stay, Charlotte was super friendly and helpful receptionist allowed me to use amenities on check out before while in transit. Seperate 3 bathrooms are very nice, clean. Approximately 20 minute walk straight down to the famous Bondi Beach, with plenty of shops, cafes close by. Quiet and homely, the beds are like clouds, plenty of room, kitchen, computer, Iron boards, etc all available, mini bar in rooms. Thank you team. "

"My room was clean and neat. The manager was very friendly and kind. The hostel was quiet and fairly peaceful. Some things were overlooked like bathroom cleanliness and lack of toilet paper. But otherwise the location was perfect and it suited my needs"

"I booked the Clarendon because we were attending a birthday nearby and this was the closest to the location and as it happened, we were next door! So for us it was perfect as we could just walk to the party and not worry about taxis or ubers, it was also just the one night. "Comfortable beds, clean room, quiet at night for our little family and very lovely accommodating staff. There was a couple of cockroaches in the men’s bathroom/showers and they were unclean too. Main corridor upstairs was a little smelly (fishy), but great otherwise. There is off-street parking out back - first in, first serve."

"This is a stunning building with a rich history. Beautiful architecture, beautiful grounds, warm and friendly service. The room, while functional, was disappointing. I loved the antique furniture, the main bed was a stunning four poster, however the mattress was so hard I could not sleep and my back is really paying for it.
