"非常失望，，因冷氣故障3-4小時換3間房、讓人苦不堪言。 晚上 7 點多入住 3 樓，空調面板顯示26度、一小時後只降 1 度，房間非常悶熱。跟向櫃檯反應後、無法改善，被換到 10 樓。沒想到情況更糟，進房空調面板顯示高達28 度，1個多小時後仍是26 度悶熱高溫。此時飯店才告知可能是「頂樓加邊間」，冷房本來就慢。那為什麼還安排我們換那間房！ 折騰到晚上 10 點多，房間溫度依舊很熱，上廁所等於進烤箱，飯店決定再次做當晚第二次換房。此時已經浪費了 3 個多小時，精神與身體早已累到崩潰，最後只能在無助中妥協。當晚房間26度依然悶熱，經過9-10小時，早上一開燈看空調面板顯示室溫25度。 我們一共只有2人、還特別訂豪華4人兩大床含早餐大房間，就是希望可以好好放鬆休息，結果把時間與體力，全耗費 在飯店不斷的換房過程中。一間飯店無論幾星，如果連基本的冷氣都無法正常運作，說不過去吧！從入住後晚上3-4小時都在開箱、打包、再開箱打包….心情、睡眠、行程都被嚴重影響。 ..."
