"Very high-tech experience with App/iPad control for almost everything (including the cleaning schedule)! There's one issue with the check in where the App allowed me to choose a worse room type despite already making a selection during booking. Also, the A/C has been very annoying. It barely runs if set close to outside temperature (e.g 24-25C), and setting it lower causes clothes to stay wet forever. I imagine it's not removing the moisture sufficiently. This is one of the few hotels with working Chromecast built-in, which I have been using. It doesn't have AirPlay though."

"Staff was excellent - they all looked happy to provide service. Very attentive especially the ones at the elevator area and the main door entrance. Concierge was very helpful as well and helped us with our luggage. We didn’t meet the housekeeping staff but our room was very well-maintained and it was such a pleasure to come back to each night. We absolutely loved our room especially the huge bathroom! Bed and pillows were so comfy it felt like home! We will definitely be recommending this hotel to our friends. "

"Location is super, has sky bridge connecting Hyatt, 101 building and Breeze. Very friendly staff, smooth check in. We arrived early in the morning, left luggages with hotel, when we came back in the afternoon, luggage is in our room. "
