"We enjoyed this cozy bed and breakfast. It's a great location - so beautiful! The staff was amazing - we had a meeting at LMU and were missing breakfast. So they packed us a breakfast and put it in the common area refrigerator for us to grab in the morning. It was also handy to fill our cups with ice water. "

"We stayed in one of the cottages..it was a nice weekend break..Staff was friendly & helpful at check in & check out..Also ate at the lodge (catfish & cheeseburger & salad bar..catfish was some of the best ive had & the salad bar was nice also.) Also had their continental breakfast was nice..eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffles cereal, oatmeal,bagels, bread, danishes & drinks..Restaurant staff where very friendly & helpful also"

"The staff is attentive and helpful. The room is large and clean. Now the bad. Tv and wifi are a joke!! The TVs are so old you can’t stream on them. I constantly have to go to my truck to get proper internet access. This is extremely annoying and corporate doesn’t care from what I hear. This makes it impossible to consistently do work here.. Get into the 21st century please! I will not stay here again and suggest to anyone traveling for business do the same. If corporate doesn’t care about it’s customers then I will move on to someplace that does!"

"Before we arrived, it seemed to take a little while for Avantstay to respond. Once we were on site, they were very responsive.Almost everything worked well for our group. One dishwasher did not cooperate, but the second one did, and that was all we needed.It was not very clearly marked which home we were in- there are three all together. The code did not work for the first house (it felt a little bit like goldilocks trying to find the right bed). We went around to the back of the house and a door was wide open so we went in. A faucet was funning in the kitchen and the sink was just about to overflow, so it was good we went in. We called and were told the code hadn't worked because we were early, although we weren't. Perhaps there are two time zones in Tennessee. We were told which house we actually were supposed to be in. At night, it was very hard to see the sidewalks- there were lights but we could not find how to turn them on, so we used our cell phone flashlights.Other than that we had a wonderful time together.The local team was extremely responsive and made the stay fun."

"The house sits overlooking the lake with a pristine view from almost every room in the house. The owners were very accommodating with our early arrival and requests. He even offered to extend our stay for a nominal fee if we desired. The open concepts makes it a great place to stay with a large group. "
