"Lovely historic farmhouse but still updated with all the modern amenities you'd want. The kitchen in particular is in excellent condition and well stocked. Appreciated that there was even breakfast options like cereals out. It is likely obvious, but should be noted it is not walkable to anything and you must have a car to get to a grocery store, restaurant, town, etc. The hosts brought us fresh baked bread, butter and jam one morning, and it is the BEST bread I've ever had in my entire life. "There's absolutely nothing we don't like about the place. Perfect location, enough room for the whole family and spotlessly clean. Keep up the good work."

"There is not much going on in Fermoy, but it is possible to drive to some major attractions such as the national park if you don’t mind a bit of a drive. The house is very tastefully decorated and well equipped, but it is very small and the beds are listed as queens. If you are coming from America, please note this means full. Not a lot of room for suitcases, but the listing clearly stated how small it was. Overall acute little place, but not really in a destination spot."

"It is a delightful cottage on a stud farm. Very peaceful. Access to small town nearby for shopping. We visited the Dingle Peninsula and other places on the west coast though they were quite far away. Thoroughly recommend it for the peace and quiet and beautiful srroundings"

"Lovely place to stay but the place is looking a bit tired. Had problems with the hot water not working to start off with. Lacking the basic welcome items ie said there would be milk coffee and tea etc. No milk no coffee just tea. Instruction of how to get there very in accurate but lucky a very friendly local showed us where we had to go. But we did enjoy our stay very much"

"It's a nice little cottage and host/property manager were quite nice as well. We were there 5 days, and enjoyed our stay there a lot. It's a bit far from the sights and from a grocery store (minimum 30 min. drive, IIRC) so plan for that. Also, no wi-fi that we were able to figure out (we just watched stuff we had already downloaded, using an HDMI cable), but there was a television and laundry facilities, so that was great."
