"I misread the description when booking this accommodation and expected a Bed & Breakfast in a family home. It was a big disappointment to find just a room with a key left in a locked box. The room was clean and secure. The shared bathroom was just adequate."
"The current condition of the place did not reflect the price of the stay at all, it is far overpriced for what the place provides. I chose to stay here for two reasons, it was supposed to have a hot tub and to have a nice view of a meadow field. The place had neither, instead we had a messy, unfinished ..."
"This property was perfect for my husband and I. The view from the kitchen table out to the water was incredible. I thought the listing in the picture of the water was just somewhere in close proximity, it was! Right out the window! The bed and bedding was comfortable, the living and dining was comfortable ..."
"4 friends got together for a pre Xmas girlie night. The lodge was perfect , nice and scenic and only 30 mins from Kilkenny. I would definitely return with my partner and children too as it would be ideal for a mini family holiday. The place is spotless and the host was more than accommodating. She ..."

"Incredible place, great value, super clean, wonderfully helpful & pleasant staff. Convenient location near Heuston Station and city centre. Food is delicious from the restaurant. My only suggestions would be to have in-room lighting that’s not so harsh and able to be customized better. Like why do I have to have the hallway overhead light on with the room? Also not a fan of the short shower door that gets the floor wet."

"Friendly staff, location close to city centar, quiet area was the best about this hotel. Room cleaning would be nice every second day. The only thing we did not like is the fcat that you can not open the window to get some fresh air."

"Location was great. Staff was remarkable and let me check in early when my luggage did not arrive in Dublin. One morning there was no hot water because of a water pump issue but they gave me an apology letter. "

"Very nice room and services. The bar area was calm but also with sports for people to enjoy, excellent for a wind down. There is direct airport bus for 10 euro that take you directly to and from airport. Really enjoyed the stay."

"Temple Bar Hotel is centrally located. The rooms are adequately sized. Music from street can be somewhat loud but it did NOT affect my ability to sleep. The buffet breakfast was delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again!"
"It was a nice stay and convenient for my work collegue to collect me from.
The bar was decent but I would have scored them higher if it was for the fact that a few hiccups were made with meals.
I did find it starnge that reception wouldnt doa pre-authorisation on my credit card so that I coul put things on my room and that I had to open a tab on the two separate nights I ate and drank in the bar?!
The WIFI was good the bedrooms were comfortable and its close to the City centre for a wonder if you want to go out. I was also pleasantly surprised on the price compared to other central, Dublin hotels"
