"Staff and extra touches for our anniversary. Rooms ovee padel courts very noisy as had to leave window open cause room was so warm with radiators off. Also light hanging out of ceiling in gathroom . Room 316. Oartners food hot hit with a door that fell off its hinges over him in mens changing rooms in leisure centre "

"Its a great location as a base for Midlands plenty parking. Caroline on Reception was v welcoming, check in was easy. The food is good and rooms v comfortable"

"Check in was excellent, however the room was cold, only a blow heater. Asked at reception for someone to come and look at heat but someone only came with another heater by did not look at the issue"

"What a lovely hotel. We were greeted by friendly staff on arrival and checked in within minutes. We were appointed a quiet room which was spacious and comfortable. Food in the restaurant was very nice both at dinner and breakfast. The hotel had excellent gym facilities. All in all a great short break!"
