Well, the steam was off on the block for the first night, so we knew we wouldn’t have warm water for showers, but the shower water never did get warm. Cold showers the entire time. The sink water was warm, just not the shower. It was clean, which is the most important thing for me, and it was close to everything we wanted to be close to.

Property and room in pristine condition! Shower perfect! Prime location & walked to 5 Broadway shows!

Amazing went there for a party

The nicest part of this hotel was the lobby and location other wise mid. The elevators were limited and slow. The AC in our room was outdated and did not cool. We got in late and the next morning a housekeeper knocked on our door at 9am and when we told her we did not need her services she insisted on us opening the door to give us towels. We had enough towels. We put the do not disturb door plaque and did not use housekeeping services for the rest of our stay. The sheet and the shower curtain had weird stains. I think there are nicer places to stay in this area for similar price. Would not stay here again or recommend.

Good place near times square. Has everything basic you might need. The grab and go breakfast is not too bad. Would happily be staying again (if I get it at the same price as this time).
