NEW YORKER BY LOTTE HOTELS
Very outdated hotel. Charged for a smoking fee when I don’t smoke at all and told them it was probably my hair tool releasing smoke into the air. They told me they were going to charge me their fee anyways. Could not get in contact with anyone upon leaving

Room had hair everywhere.. STAFF WAS RUDE WHEN I asked about transportation back to the airport very rude.
