The hotel is excellent. The staff is great! Not only was I checked in early, but I was given an upgrade to my room with an excellent view. I come to New York often and I definitely want to stay here again.

The room was clean. Although, feel it was very much they wanted the style more than actual functionality. The lights weren’t very useful whilst trying to get ready, also the sink was out of the bathroom with nowhere for towels or toiletries. Also, we were based on the 5th floor and had to sleep with ...
