Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
I wish I would have known I had to climb 5 flights of stairs each and every time we went up or down. Room much smaller than the impression given. I had a 50 pound suitcase no one offered to help get to my room. The wheel broke off my suitcase carrying it up the stairs.
