施設の古さ等は感じますが、チェックイン時もチェックアウト時も、受付スタッフの対応はフレンドリーで、とても好感が持てました。深夜便でのJFK空港着ということで、深夜2時頃のチェックインでしたが、とてもスムーズに対応してもらいました。明け方に廊下で騒々しかったりはしましたが、スタッフの好感と利用客層は別の話ですので、総合的に良い評価です。 Although the facilities are a little old, the reception staff were friendly and helpful both at check-in and check-out. I arrived at JFK Airport on a late-night flight, so I checked in around 2 a.m., but the process was smooth. There was some noise in the hallways at dawn, but the friendliness of the staff and the clientele are separate issues, so overall, this is a good rating.

They did not answer their phone, which made it difficult to get in contact. The bed was comfortable and the people friendly. Good enough for an inexpensive night or two.

An interesting place for sure. If you just need a bed near the airport this works. Bring flip flops as I would not go barefoot in here. It was nice and quiet, and the woman/young man at the front desk were very kind. However, this is a pretty filthy place that may scare some people who aren't used to queens.

Okay for a one night stay in Queens.

Room was clean. Gentleman who was behind the glass in morning was friendly, lady at check in. Not so. I’m budget conscious so it worked out okay for an overnight.
