The room was sparely furnished but comfortable. The bathroom was nicely designed and well stocked. The view from the outdoor balcony on water tanks was an eyesore but fortunately I was only there for the night.

I booked a one night staycation and had a good experience! The room was very basic but comfortable. Nice bathroom with good water pressure. Service was also very pleasant! I’d say this hotel is a great value.

This is a 2 star hotel at best. The rooms are old, the sheets and towels stained, and I could hear every single word/toilet flush from the room next door. Then when checking out I get told tell they’re taking a service fee out of the deposit. I had paid up front, and have never seen this before. The manager then called me up to the front desk, pulled up the website and loudly in front of everyone in the lobby said “it’s right there on the website, how is that not obvious!” After two sleepless nights, I don’t want any man yelling in my face.

First time staying here and I will definitely be back! As a Hilton Diamond member I usually stay at Hilton hotels but thought I'd try this one for it's great rates and proximity to Penn Station and the East Village where I was attending an event. This cute hotel has everything you need with 2 bottles of water in the room, great bathroom, great walking distance to everywhere and the staff was so incredible. Super friendly, available to help get taxi or anything else you need. It's not the quietest place but you shouldn't go to NYC and expect quietness. Room clean, great bed, I had a city view and loved it.

Friendly staff. I could hear my neighbor sneeze and clear his throat but hey, they offer complimentary earplugs. Location was great for us and our last minute stay.

Nice spot very close to an NYU dorm. Clean, comfortable, and a great price for the area and what you get. They even had a little breakfast included.

Parking wasn’t too hard to find. Actually found right in front first night. Balcony view sucks but for fresh air, it works. Very clean. No microwave or fridge. Overall was a great stay.

The hotel and the staff were quite good. THe problem is that I selected this hotel because it was pet friendly. It cost more to stay there, but I needed to bring my dog. When I arrived, I was hit with another 100$/night fee for the dog, and then on check out, an additional 18$/night fee for house keeping. I looked quite carefully when selecting a place to stay and made sure there were no additional fees, but despite my best efforts, I was still hit. To me, I find this dishonest, and for that reason, I do not know if I would use expedia or stay at this particular hotel again. I also do not believe anyone will read this review, so if someone from expedia does read it, please contact me.

The customer service was outstanding from describing how to load into the hotel (we had a car to park), check-in process, explanation of area, and directions to the parking garage (not on-site, just around the corner). Area is terrific, close to Madison Square Park and many other NYC gems. Public transport is easy. The room was simple with everything we needed for a quick trip to NYC. Back to the customer service, ABOVE AND BEYOND. The front desk, the management, the bell-hop, the cleaning staff, EVERYONE we dealt with at this property was gold standard. Thank you for making our mini-vacation so wonderful.

The hotel was nice and we got an upgraded room. My only complaint was our flights planned changed. We didn't in til 2am and left at 8 am and couldn't use the second night. I told them before the trip started and asked if I could change to just one. As a single mom til Xmas I was hoping hotels.col could give me a credit or the hotel could give me a refund but they didn't and I was charged taxes on the night we didn't stay. So in the end I paid $422 to stay there for 6 hours. I wish someone would have been more accommodating . I know there's rules but there's always exceptions to the rules to think outside the box
