The room was sparely furnished but comfortable. The bathroom was nicely designed and well stocked. The view from the outdoor balcony on water tanks was an eyesore but fortunately I was only there for the night.

I booked a one night staycation and had a good experience! The room was very basic but comfortable. Nice bathroom with good water pressure. Service was also very pleasant! I’d say this hotel is a great value.

This is a 2 star hotel at best. The rooms are old, the sheets and towels stained, and I could hear every single word/toilet flush from the room next door. Then when checking out I get told tell they’re taking a service fee out of the deposit. I had paid up front, and have never seen this before. The manager then called me up to the front desk, pulled up the website and loudly in front of everyone in the lobby said “it’s right there on the website, how is that not obvious!” After two sleepless nights, I don’t want any man yelling in my face.

First time staying here and I will definitely be back! As a Hilton Diamond member I usually stay at Hilton hotels but thought I'd try this one for it's great rates and proximity to Penn Station and the East Village where I was attending an event. This cute hotel has everything you need with 2 bottles of water in the room, great bathroom, great walking distance to everywhere and the staff was so incredible. Super friendly, available to help get taxi or anything else you need. It's not the quietest place but you shouldn't go to NYC and expect quietness. Room clean, great bed, I had a city view and loved it.

Friendly staff. I could hear my neighbor sneeze and clear his throat but hey, they offer complimentary earplugs. Location was great for us and our last minute stay.
