While initial impressions weren't anything special (the lobby is fairly small, and the elevators are old), our room suited our needs very well! We had enough space to move around in (I've stayed in much smaller rooms), and the room was clean. The location of the hotel was also ideal...a block and a half from the Fulton stop and many places were within walking distance. I would absolutely stay here again!

Hotel needs to be updated. Floor hallways was untidy with trash everywhere. Staff on the phone midday was rude and very dismissive. Late afternoon staff when checking in was more approachable and very professionally kind. So guess I’m 50/50 about this place.

Fabulous location at a reasonable price. I stayed multiple days and all of my needs were met. The cleaning crew worked with me to find a time that worked for both of us. The front desk messaged me and followed up to see how everything was, and there was always someone at the desk ready to help. I loved being able to step out the front door to such an active area with things to see in all directions.
