Why was I charged an “environmental “ charge and a “location” charge - just nonsense fees to jack up the prices for consumers . Overall a good hotel in a noisy area, but overpriced IMO (but everything is in Brooklyn)

Hotel was definitely a 10/10, everything was a walkable distance and there are 2 subway entrances close to the hotel. Which made everything ten times better

Then you walk in it looks great in the lobby but being next to the elevators so you hear that all night. Then sink was clogged and toilet flushed every 30 seconds on my last morning. Won’t be going back and won’t recommend

The shower was leaking to the point where it was flooding to the front door. There were a lot of mold spots in the washroom. It seems like the caulking isnt replaced enough or the levelling of the tile is off based on how the water drains.

Good Chinese spot right next to it and nice place for drinks near by as well. Would book again 9.5/10 ( no microwave in my room )

We chose this hotel for business travel based on location, and the location was good. The hotel was not impressive. There was a strong smell of pot getting off the elevator and the toilet in the room ran all night. There was no coffee cups which ended up being fine - since the coffee maker didn't work. The hotel room faced the street and was loud all night as well. It was a one night stay, so we survived.

I booked an executive room, and it was so filthy. The carpet floor was wet and yellow stained. The bed sheets were not clean. The guy working receptionist was so rude and not helpful. I asked for utensils and he said the hotel did not have any… it’s a hotel? It should carry utensils? Not even a fork? He had an attitude and was not helpful.

Everything was nice and clean. The biggest down side was the size of the room and beds. It was a little cramped for 3 people but worked out ok. Walk to subway wasn’t bad. Staff was friendly.

Hi, I am writing because during our stay at this property our sink stopped working and started emitting a horrible and gross dark/brown liquid. This was not only unsanitary but extremely inconvenient as we could not shower, wash or hands, or brush our teeth. I did notify the hotel staff when checking out, but we would like to receive a partial refund for our stay due to this inconvenience that was extremely alarming and unhygienic.

The nightly rate is unbelievably high for the neighborhood. The parking fee is inflated. The staff were indifferent and odd to say the least. As I frequently travel, especially to NYC, this was the first time I’ve ever stayed anywhere and felt slightly uncomfortable with the entire situation. The staff came to knock on the room door before check out. I will not return or recommend this establishment.

I was pretty nervous reading some reviews but this property was very convenient, close to the subway and there was some good local food around. We loved getting coffee every morning at Judy’s, maybe a block over.
