FREE street PARKING.There are plenty of restaurants, take out food, bakeries ,banks ,supermarkets within few minutes of walk.No smoking allowed of any kind.Penalty of $200.00

TV and High speed internert.
We provide high speed fiber optic Internet a100 MBS and fios TV cable(Extreme HD Verizon package) with the a cable box that includes HBO,SHOWTIME movie channels and many more other channels such as sports, news, entertainment etc. Our tv is a 32 inch smart tv so you can access amazon prime movies, netflix,hulu, youtube and other apps.
BEDS:
We can accommodate up to at least five guest comfortably and if your group is larger than five and would like to stay with us we can provide more sleeping accommodations up on contact us ask and let us know before your book it.
Very spacious bedroom with one comfortable queen bed and one single bed.Walk in closet decent size inside the bedroom.
One very comfortable sofa bed and one air mattress located on living room.

Decent size kitchen with cabinets for storage for groceries (supermarket about 10 minutes walking distance)dishes ,utensils ,knifes ,few pots and etc.If Anything else is needed we can do our best to provide up on request.We live on first floor..
Coffee maker and coffee is provided.
4 gas burner complete range stove,Full size refrigerator, blender, microwave oven and toaster oven and Fire extinguisher completes our kitchen. We have a table that seats four and if more seating is needed we can provide additional chairs no problem.

We have a small desk and chair inside the bedroom for those who are here to work and need an office space with planty day light and even though there is still plenty of space left for you to move around the room.We also have a chest drawer for those who wants to stay for a longer period.Good place for shirts and other clothes and belongings.

Bathroom:
Our bathroom is a full bathroom.Its small but a 100% functional.The tub is only used for showers NO BATHS ALLOWED .

self check in with a electronic lock with a unique code provided and reset at every check out for everyones safety and privacy.

Guest access

Guest have access to the entire place and no sharing.Feel like it's your home.The apartment is located on the second floor of our 2 family house. The access:
You will have to go tru a white gate and enter the house using the back door and go up stairs.

There is free street parking.Car rental place is within walking distance and
Uber and Lyft are available as well don't get a cab because it might cost you much more. any I can help you if you need me too please don't hesitate to ask and either myself or my co-host will assist and we promise to help in any possible way we can.We love helping our guests.We have cameras only on the entrances and laundry room.Inside the apartment there is no cameras.

other things to note.

There is central air heat and A/C in the apartment making it very comfortable all year.Its controlled by a smart thermostat.Therefore there is no need to turn it on or off when leaving or coming back in unless you might want to adjust the temperature to your better comfort.During the winter we leave it set at 72 F and during the summer we leave it at 75 F.Since its a smart thermostat you may find the temperature low sometimes and please feel free to adjust it to your comfort.You are able to turn it up or down 3 degrees.We believe that is enough of a range but if more is needed just let us know and we can change the settings remotely to better ease you.It works totally independently.Please provide me this code 727 on your first message so i know you have read the description entirely.We are Hoping to have you stay with us.We wont be disappointed

The location.

Our neighborhood is safe.We know most of our neighbors and we have owned this house for more than 17 years and we have never had any problem.You can walk to restaurants,banks ,supermarkets ,bakeries,pizza places which we provide menus for your to check it out in case you need to pick up some dinner and try something.Look under suggestions on airbnb for more details also feel free to ask us any questions you have.Our job is to make sure your are a 100% confortable and get the most out of your stay.Its a Safe neighborhood.A couple of blocks away from the bus stop to nyc(114,113).which is a 30 minute ride $7.50 charge that takes you right into 42nd street and 8th ave .whithin a few minutes of walk you are right into times square.Things to do in NY ?I can definitely give your suggestions and guide you if you have never been to NYC.

Logistics.

half a block away you can take the bus to Elizabeth and transfer to another bus to take you to the jersey garden outlet mall.By uber it cost you about $10/$15 dollars on average.
