The property was clean and served its purpose. However, the room was too small for a kitchen. There was no sitting area, and only one nightstand. We could have used 2 chairs. Also, we were given pods for the coffee maker but only 2 coffee and the rest were tea. No shampoo or conditioner in the shower. Bring your own.

Modern, clean and cozy room with full kitchen in downtown Newburyport, steps from waterfront, restaurants and shopping. Great value compared to some other downtown options. Fully remote check-in was extremely convenient and on street parking was available.

The room was adorable. Perfect for two people. Location amazing…just steps to fresh smoothies, cafe’s, the soul serenity spa where we enjoyed massages and also indulged in delicious dining! We parked our car in the back of the building and left it there for the duration of our stay! Would absolutely go back. Staff immediately responded to any questions we had via text!!

Excellent location! As a solo female, i felt very safe. The room was nice, comfortable, and had everything I needed. It's a converted house to studio rooms that are not very sound proof. The parking is a bit tight if you don't have a small car. Other than that, it's a great place to stay. I would stay again.

As shown in all the pictures, the rooms are quite small, but very efficient and extremely clean. There is a kitchen, but with limited supplies and no seasonings- salt, pepper, etc. The location can’t be beat! Check in and out or easy. Parking was a bit of a challenge, but we made it work. Please note when booking you do not get the exact room selected.

First of all, if you book this property you're going to get hundreds of messages from the host prior to even going with several forms to fill out and online check-ins to complete and upgrades to buy, etc. We paid $269 for one night plus an extra $50 for a pet plus they then wanted extra money to check in early or check out late or reserve parking because there's only 3 parking spots in the back (for A LOT of rooms). The place was just okay. The coffee machine was plugged into an outlet that didn't even work. And, it was not one that you could just press a reset button. The shower was subpar. And the bed felt like a full not a queen and it was shoved completely against a wall which was awfully uncomfortable for a couple. Check in and check out is super easy. We got there early so we were able to get a parking spot. It just seems like they're nickel and diming you and charging a lot for a very tiny room but the location is literally fabulous. I rated staff poorly because there is no staff. Just a bunch of automated messages prior to and afterwards.
