"Excellent stay.
Great welcome and an un-planned early departure due to a family emergency meant i was going to miss breakfast....the lovely staff ensured i had a coffee to go and a bite to eat to take away.
Many thanks,
See you again!"
"Room was tidy and clean. Food was fantastic. The only issue we came across was 1. The burger was a steak burger and wasn't told as I thought it would have been home made but thats just me being fussy and 2. The overflow carpark wasn't signed very well as im very fussy with my car and didn't know that other car park was there. Wasn't made aware of it so we just managed to get a decent space but overall I would return"

"Thoroughly enjoyed stay with the staff totally committed to you. One issue that people with mobility issues should be aware of is that they have rooms up 2/3flights of stairs in a spiral configuration (although carpeted), and they should ensure when booking that they are not allocated these 3/4 rooms. (once up there the view the harbour is superb!!)
Rooms clean and checked if you require every day, and the food excellent. The free coffee and cake to guests every afternoon was an added bonus.
Would recommend it."
"Lovely hotel with helpful friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was severed hot.
No dinner served at this hotel. If eating out, be sure to book ahead of time as always full with no space to spare.
Parking was a bit tight, but managed with a big SUV."
"Stayed at The Feathers for four nights. It's history is very interesting. The room was clean with tea, coffee etc. The bed so comfortable I could have stayed in it all day. Housekeeping excellent. The staff friendly, helpful and work very hard. Cannot fault them. Food superb, fresh, locally sourced and plenty of it. Breakfast included and free parking. Great location to wander the short walk to the middle of town and the harbour or just sit outside. As an elderly lady on her own I was very well looked after."
"We had a lovely stay at the Rose and Crown Hotel in Carmarthen from the 4th to 8th June!
Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was spotless nothing was too much trouble for the cleaners!
If we were going to Carmarthen again we would definitely stay there again!
Jean and Nigel Francis, room 2"
"The boars head was such a lovely place to stay was noisy Saturday night as you’d expect but the whole time we were there was great. The staff the food the atmosphere couldn’t be faulted same with the food that was delicious and the breakfast was good too. Would definitely stay there again"
