Frankie Manor is a unique pet friendly Tiny home located in Waratah.

Frankie Manor is perfect for a quick weekend away, concert stay or hospital placement. The Mator hospital is 2 mins walk away, the uni, a two min drive and only 15min drive to the beach. Bus stop located at front of property. A small kitchette with microwave, fridge, cutlery, plates is provided. BBQ available on request. Small pets are welcome however may not be left unattended.

We stayed with friends and our dog was warmly welcomed! Modern and clean room, close drive to beaches and delicious cafes and restaurants. Owner was reliable and easily able to contact, we will definitely be visiting again

My husband and pups had a lovely stay at Frankie Manor. The tiny home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay to explore Newcastle. It had a private entrance which made it easy for us to come and go. Communication with Nicole was also easy and we appreciated the recommendation of the local dog friendly cafe.

The property was presented beautifully.The property was great for our two small dogs.Suggestions-add a bath mat- perhaps a small fold away table and a couple of chairs. A small TV would be great.The microwave was not working!We would definitely recommend the property.
