Great stay

The property was as per the listing, it was a very comfortable size, perfect for a group. I would highly recommend the property and Lakeshores Accommodation to people in the future.

Good start Sad Ending****

Place is clean as shown in the photos. Booked the property for 4 nights with group of 10. First three nights went well, no issues thought I would have great holiday. BUT on the last day there was no gas 🙁. The main issue was, the house does not have proper natural gas connection, it fed by Gas cylinders. Saturday evening, gas ran out and the cylinders were empty. We could not cook, no hot water for entire house. We had to order food from outside and had cold shower after tree top activity for entire group. And no hot water for next morning either. Called management emergency number, it went to call centre and they said someone would call us back. Some lady left a msg to my voicemail, saying to email them and send pictures of it. I really was disappointed, pictures of empty cylinder ????????? Also rubbish bin was half filled with bricks and roof tiles, we could not dump our rubbish in there and as per terms , it says we need to remove all excess rubbish. How is it possible with 75% of bin already filled with house material.
