"When on route to the hotel the lady answering the phone was amazing. The hotels location is really good. Upon check I was told tea, coffee, biscuits and water is complimentary. My invoice shows for 2 small bottle I was charge 2.95 each! Won’t be staying with county hotel again or its chain partners ..."

"Great atmosphere throughout. We were upgraded to a featured room. A surprise bathroom behind the wardrobe. Great powerful shower. Love everything. The only thing is missing is a small fridge."

"I probably got the noisiest room on the 1st floor by the main road. Bed was comfortable. windows were not clean to view outside! Old style amenities but doable. On the positive side- Staff was really friendly and helpful. Location was great for easy access to town centre, train station etc."
