Unprofessional management, constructive eviction, and unauthorized billing. AVOID. Do not stay here. What should have been a simple, routine communication with management was completely blown out of proportion. Instead of addressing the issue face-to-face like professional hospitality managers, local management avoided discussion entirely, constructively evicted me at 1:00 AM, and left me stranded on the street until 4:00 AM. To make matters worse, after forcing me out, the hotel ran a series of unauthorized automated charges against my payment card for arbitrary amounts. Because the merchant completely failed to provide the agreed-upon accommodation and engaged in predatory billing practices, formal financial investigations were launched. Ultimately, financial authorities ruled fully against citizenM, forcing a 100% full refund of my entire multi-night booking fee AND a full refund of the unauthorized penalty charges. Their complete lack of basic hospitality, refusal to communicate, and attempt to force arbitrary fees backfired entirely, resulting in a total loss for the property. Shocking lack of service and professionalism. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

We had some strange encounters, not gonna get into it, the hotel knows. However the room is super spacious and clean, a lot of staff but service and attentiveness are spread thin. Wasn’t a bad stay but at least people were kind.
