Arrived early and enquired about early check in and was advised nothing. Sure. Waited 5 hours, cold and wet in lobby. Others came after me and were checked in. So I finally walked up to counter sbd attendant saud she'll check. And surprisingly my room was ready. A whole 20 mins before check in time. On top of that showers dud not get hot and I needed it after the current weather.
