"What a pleasant surprise. Over a holiday weekend, our other booking had overbooked us. We scrambled, and found this suite. It’s really, an apartment.. Oh my gosh, we were so happy. It was much better than the original lodging. There were two adults, two 21 year old sons. There was plenty of room for all of us. Clean, comfortable. 25 minutes outside of Key West. The 21-year-olds are coming back and staying here for spring break with their friends. To the owners of the KOA, they better behave."

"The kitchen was fully equipped except for a toaster....very well organized.The porch had a great view. was very clean outside. we liked the bikes, towels and coolers. it could use beach chairs. our property manager was great! She popped her head in our house when we arrived at 3:00 when our email said. our only complaint is we arrived early at the guard shack before 3:00 and the lady was rude to us by saying we need to wait until 4:00. No greeting of welcome to Venture Out or let me check on your house status if its ready."

"The home itself does need some updating but overall the home fit our needs. Could have had a better cleaning in some areas, but we will be back to stay in the future. "

"Great location. The house was clean and cozy. Steps to the water for fishing or sunset views. Close to Key West but out of the craziness. Try the Squared Grouper restaurant just down the road. Great Stone Crab!!! "

"This house was the best water front with a pool in the lower keys for the money. We really enjoyed our stay, and look forward to booking again. I wouldn’t expect a brand new house and there was some things that were less then pristine about the house but isn’t most things in the Florida Keys. Side note accessing the slips by water is a bit of a challenge. Cudjoe Bay is shallow! 2 houses south has buoys use them and head out that way. "
