"Great stay the entire time at this location! Everything was like it was advertised. The place was spacious and had everything desired/required. I was well within walking distance to the club/parks/recreation as needed. I would gladly stay here again when possible. "We had a great time. The house was well appointed. We brought a 30ft Grady White Marlin and had plenty of room to dock. Sombrero Reef is about 15 minutes away by boat. We caught plenty of fish and had Key Fisheries prepare our catch. What an amazing week."

"We stayed for a week in Kim’s house. The house is really beautiful, the pool has a chiller on it which was a great bonus, the dock space was super ample and deep. The beds were actually very comfortable. We had a few issues with cleanliness like dog hair and cockroaches but it is Florida and they turned the house around the same day of our check in. Kim was super helpful with issues we had and promptly tried to resolve anything. Overall, we loved the house, the location and had such a fantastic time. "

"We loved our time at Sea Isle in Key Colony Beach. The condo is well equipped and was comfortable for our family of 4. They have all kinds of stuff for a beach day - chairs, umbrella, cooler, sand toys, pool noodles, etc. The kitchen has all of what you need to cook meals. Was nice to have a couple spices to work with before hitting the grocery store. The beach is nice - during our 2 weeks in June/July, there was a lot of sargassum but there were areas of the water that were still swimmable with the rocks walls partially protecting. The condo property provides lots of chairs and umbrellas for the grass area. We loved the quietness of KCB and made good use of the 3-par golf course and pickle ball courts. Definitely recommend Sea Isle! "
